I finally got out for a visit to Ceres and the woods a few weeks ago. There was a dusting of new snow on the ground and I was eager for a short hike. Here are a few images from that visit.

I’m so glad to hear you’re getting back out into the woods. Nothing like snow to create contrast, huh? LOL
You’ve created some interesting compositions, as usual.
I love the shadows leading one down the path. Looks like it was a lovely day.
It must have felt so good to be out again! And you came back with a series of fine pictures. I find it impossible to choose between the different viewpoints – each has it’s own merit.
These are wonderful shots, the snow creates great contrast in B&W. I am so glad you are getting out.
The long shadow in the last shot is really appealing. It really portray’s the mood.
Is the meandering in the shadow on the last two leaves or prints? I like the snow on the ground, but the trees have already shaken it off. Glad you are in the park for some exercise.
